The Right to Buy scheme is open to tenants of Knightstone Housing Association who have a Secure or Fair Rent Tenancy.

The scheme allows people who have been a public sector tenant (such as council or other housing association) with these two tenancy types to buy their homes at a discount.

The discount is calculated on the number of years you have been a public sector tenant. There is currently a maximum discount of £30,000 in the south west.

There are certain exemptions to the Right to Buy. For example, homes in certain rural areas, tied accommodation or homes that are specifically for elderly people, or people with disabilities.
