It’s been produced specifically for you as a Homeowner and includes news and important information about the services we provide and matters that will affect you.

This edition contains some important changes to our services, including the award of a new gardening and grounds maintenance contract to Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, and the introduction of new regulatory standards for shared owners, published by the Tenant Services Authority which came into force in April 2010.
