Our charges
Depending on the terms of your purchase agreement (freehold or leasehold), we charge
this in three parts:
1) A flat rate management fee
2) An administration charge, based on percentage of the cost of repairs/works actually
carried out
3) Additional services not covered by the management fee or administration charge

The management fee covers administering the service charge account, including production of service charge statements and production of annual accounts. It also covers general office administration, arranging buildings insurance and cost of public liability insurance, dealing with day-to-day enquiries, managing estates, and consulting you.
The administration charge is usually a fixed percentage added to other service charge items, It covers the costs of our Maintenance Team, Asset Management Team and other Knightstone departments administering the works for you.
