We sell and manage homes across the south west region. Our central office is in Weston-super-Mare and we also provide homeownership services from our Bristol and Poole offices.

Nectar Homes can provide you with affordable home ownership options. These include part buy/part rent schemes such as New Build HomeBuy (formerly Shared Ownership) and a number of shared ownership properties for re-sale.

Re-sale properties become available when the current owners want to sell their home and move on. You can buy one of these properties on a similar part buy/part rent basis

All of these schemes are aimed at people who can’t afford to buy a home outright. One of these options might be the ideal way for you to buy your own home.
